The Restrict Location tool allows you to prevent members from checking in at a specific location. It is used to ban a member from checking in at that location. You can find the Restrict Location feature on the Manage Members page.
On the Manage Members page, you can check the box next to the member's name and select the option to Suspend Members. You will find an option labeled "Restricted – Allowed Check-Ins at Selected Locations.”
A new window will pop up, providing options to select the locations where the member is restricted from checking in.
After applying restrictions to a member, an icon will appear next to the member's name indicating that they have a restricted location for check-in.
Pop-up messages for restricting locations can be found in the Mobile App Settings under "Popup Messages." On the Popup Messages page, you can enter a message for members who have restricted locations. This option is also available in the Tablet App Settings.
